Andrea has been active in the area of “systemic change and leadership” for more than 20 years. She is a trained business coach, business mediator and systemic consultant with a focus on team and organizational development. In addition, she is trained in displaying business constellations and certified Scrum Master.
At the age of 27, she worked for Care international. Andrea led humanitarian projects during the reconstruction of the Kosovo and was responsible for 70 employees. She worked for Ford and Mazda before moving to RWE in 2008. She held management positions in business, HR & consulting at RWE for over twelve years.
During her work as a partner at RWE (innogy) Consulting, the “Change Practice” of the energy supplier was developed under her leadership. Andrea and her team developed numerous interventions and management programmes for the transformation process of the RWE Group. During this time, she worked exclusively with the board and top management. The aim was to promote the efficient transition from a “large tanker to a speedboat”. Last but not least, the changeover led to innogy’s initial public offering and a turnaround plan for the company.
During 2019, she was Managing Director of the management and personnel consultancy Kienbaum International Consulting GmbH. At Kienbaum, she worked as an authorized signatory and member of the executive board. She headed the strategic business area Empowerment & Acceleration with more than 60 employees.
In 2020, she founded tridot consulting. Her focus is on sustainable transformation and cultural work. Integration of business strategy, personnel structures and decision-making processes in companies are at the core of her work. She advises which conflicts need to be resolved in order to successfully and sustainably change the corporate culture – for her not just a job but a matter close to the heart!
Andrea is married, has a teenage daughter, lives in Berlin and tries to spend as much time as possible in the mountains each year.
