Dr Jacqui Grey
Jacqui is a Keynote speaker on Neuroscience, Change Consultant and Executive Coach specialising in fast growth start ups. In her early career she was part of the MBO team of 5 for pre IPO start up Azlan plc before building her experience in start ups backed by BT (Syntegra, later BTGS) and Vodafone (Vizzavi, later Vodafone GS) Having built 2 small consulting businesses herself, still trading today, she built the Neuroleadership Institute in EMEA from scratch, without funding, to generating £multi million contracts across 8 European countries in 6 years, building the team and training her successor along the way.
Now a Portfolio NED/Trustee and previously FVP Merrill Lynch she has designed and developed innovative leadership programmes in FTSE 100 companies, specialising in Resilience, Inclusion and Gender, and Authenticity and storytelling. She has a doctorate in Executive Anxiety and a Masters in Top Team development. Previously a Board Member of ‘Opportunity Now’, she helped found a women’s network for the top 2% of women in business in the UK. She presents regularly at Global Public and Client business conferences and has published a book Executive Advantage © ( Kogan Page). She has been a guest lecturer at Cranfield, IE Business School, LBS and more. She undertakes research and writes regularly for magazines on Leadership including Harvard Business Review, People and Strategy magazine and the NLI Journal.
