Over the past 17 years, I have developed unique experience combining Organisational Effectiveness and Engagement, Talent, Events and Communications including Global HR for Skype. Following my time with Skype, I established myself as an Independent Consultant and Coach and have worked with a number of organisations across Technology, Telecoms, Financial Services and Entertainment.
I am passionate about helping businesses place the employee experience at the heart of developing or transforming their company culture. Thereby enhancing productivity, efficiency, collaboration, wellbeing and happiness. I work at the intersection of People, Technology and Workspace to affect true culture change and adopt new ways of working, including new technology, flexible, agile and home working.
In addition to, working with clients to develop an inclusive and mentally healthy environment, therefore providing psychological and emotional safety for everyone. As well as, supporting Mental Health Champions (First Aiders) to ensure they have the right tools, resources and outlet to help them in supporting their colleagues on an on-going basis as Mental Health Champions.
My extensive experience enables me to not only understand what is involved in delivering talent and culture programmes expertly but can also engage audiences at all levels in a compelling way. My psychotherapy training provides me with greater insight into the barriers for change and how to overcome these in a positive way.
