Tanya is a Non-executive Director at Schibsted, an international media & classifieds company, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, with 6,900 employees in 30 countries.
Until the end of 2015, she was also the Chief Digital Officer at Guardian News & Media as part of the senior executive team. Tanya played a key role in the digital transformation of GNM, turning The Guardian into a global brand with more than 150 million unique users each month, winning several awards for innovative digital products and reaching record levels of digital revenue.
In 2015, Tanya was named Chief Digital Officer of the Year, UK.
With more than 20 years of digital experience, Tanya has previously worked in several sectors including e-commerce with eBay & eToys, financial services with award-winning company Zopa as well as the BBC.
